I know you are a performer so your objective with the song is probably to further your career... much as I would do if I had that ability and drive. As a songwriter (who tries to sing) I would probably find a top notch demo artist and pitch this thing 'til the cows come home. It has that quality... and yes, a trifle long for commercial radio... but hey, it's your song... and I sure don't need to tell you how to sing it... or how long it needs to be.

I was thinking of pitching it, but I really don't know to whom. Who is the type of singer that would sing a song like this? In my furtive, abortive flirtations with the whole thing, I've come to realize that I just don't know the market that well.
