Hi- This was quite good. I felt the word romanticist may be a bit of a tongue twister for most singers. It had a good flow to it and nice ideas.

MFB, for me, this one doesn't work quite as well as most of yours. Maybe I'm bounced between "romance" and humor(getting screwed) but the melody isn't on the same time sequence as I am. I know it's really neither a sad or happy song, maybe if the melody wasn't in that muddled middle with me?

hey Jim thanks for the input, I've dropped the word screwed and went with used. it seems to work in the melody and it means pretty much the same thing when you been alone long enough after endless one night stands.~~~MFB III-P.S. Dean Martin was always a favorite of mine, and I was aamzed to know that his drinking habits wrere mostly myth,
