.............Won't Get Fooled Again - The WHO
I present to you a wonderfully beautiful tune long considered an attack upon music sensibilities but at the same time the best selling song to never reach number one the year it was out...............

Here's a ponderance ya...........
The name of the horse in country classics like Cool Water and The Blizzard is the name of the man who sang about a horse of a different color in Everything That Glitters Is Not Gold and the name of his horse was the same as the fellow who sang Giddy Up Go.
I'll bet Ray knows three of these songs real good, maybe all four. Can the rest of you name the horses without searching the web?
God bless country music.

Okay, seems we slowed down a bit.....
I don't quite understand the last one unless it's 'cause of GIRL and MAN. However I'm going back to Pop Todd's offering
...........Ju Ju Man - Brinsley Sshwarz
and I'm offering this based on Brinsley's surname (I guess they sound the same)
...........Herman Schwartz - Stonewall Jackson 1973

hmmmm well we tend to slow down on weekends, that's OK... Mmmmm looks like a judgement call may be in order but I'm too tired to make one. I don't get "JU" and "IMPANEMA" related ... Ray???? But Man and Girl is I guess close enough.... You can try selling 'em on eBay (the stars) but good luck. once I tried to sell dryer lint but nobody took it, I'm not famous enough yet Tell ya what.... I am tired... whoever picks the next song, use either Ray's OR Sausage's and we'll call it good. And If I Think Of Something that'll be me... hmmmm....

I've come to realize Herman Schwartz by Stonewall Jackson, while a song I've enjoyed hearing many times, doesn't it lend itself to this game very well.
So I'm going back to this one
.........The Girl from Ipanema-Various Artists
and offering this:
.........FROM A Distance - Bette Midler
It's a very pretty song.

Elton Britt - haven't thought of him in a while. Didn't he yodel too? Seems he had a nickname "<insert word> Yodeler." I know I could look it up but sometimes it's more fun to converse, even if's only through keystrokes.
