Starting February, the 2nd and 4th Sunday of the month, there will be a songwriter's group at the Kickin' Devil in Gainesville. Hosted by Linda Pottberg, a banjo collector and Americana enthusiast (and all-around nice person), this event series promises to have not only interesting attendees, but also immaculate sound: the unheard-of assimilation of not one, but two Bose towers and up to three great soundguys. That's February 13th & 27th @ the Kickin' Devil, 2017 NE 27th Avenue, Gainesville, FL. (352) 505-6660. This event is free. Until otherwise noted, it will continue to be the 2nd & 4th Sunday of each month.

"Do not endeavor to be the smartest kid in a dumb class. Instead, you are better off being the dumbest kid in the smartest class, where you will be challenged and you will learn. If you aren't growing, you are dying." -Brian Austin Whitney
