My left handed guitar player blog has been rated #24 out of the 100 best guitar blogs on the Internet by Street Musician based on Google page rank, Technorati, and Alexa. Feels good. Ben

Congratulations, Ben. If you play the guitar upside down, do the bass notes come out on top? What if the country songs are backwards? Do you get back your wife, your dog and your pick up truck? Of course, if you play new age music backwards, you just get new age music. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ry8IAL1o3R4&feature=relatedGood work! break out the champagne.
You've got to know your limitations. I don't know what your limitations are. I found out what mine were when I was twelve. I found out that there weren't too many limitations, if I did it my way. -Johnny Cash It's only music. -niteshift Mike Dunbar Music

Gotta be careful about playing that country music backwards, Mike. Sure, it'd be nice to have the dog back, and the truck work--but the ex-wife? Where--and how--do you draw the line? (And do you have to draw that backwards, too?)
Congratulations, Ben. That is neat.
Joe

I checked out your blog earlier over lunch. Very cool, Ben. Congrats! I don't think I could get my fingers to do some of those things - but maybe 30 years ago I could have Scott

Thanks guys, didn't make the JPF nominations but I'll take this. Mike, it reminds me of the Steve Goodman song "Talk Backwards". "Oy evol eye" ( That's "I love you" pronounced backwards). "Ruttub at sap" ( "Pass the butter"). Funny song. Thanks for the Jimmy Reed tune. Don't boin the bread.

Thanks folks. To be honest, I don't really believe that it was fantastic content or brilliant writing. I am no writer, but I do peck out what is on my mind. Nothing more than high school English Comp.
It was SEO (search engine optimisation) that ranked me with Technorati, Google, and Alexa. Having a niche' (Left Handed Guitar Player) also helped. I always try to relay the importance of SEO when people here post about their web sites. You have to be seen first before you can be read. With no SEO employed into your blog or web site, you will remain on the back pages of the search engines.
I do have a small cult following of readers, get lots of e-mails, and requests to promote other web sites and products. I feel humbled by my ranking. Thanks, Ben

Thanks Jean, I found some free software that enables you to make any chord you want as a diagram. I had to do that because I use different fingers than standard to make chords.

Hey Ben, Congrats! I'm left-handed too, but I play right (I should say I play right-handed) since it looks like you play right (correct). Anyway, the blog looks great, though I looked all over it for a tribute to Michael Jackson, but couldn't find one.

Thanks Tom, I play a right handed guitar left handed. I don't switch the strings.
I hear you chuckle as I embarrass myself on the other thread. I would do the same, so thanks for noticing. No MJ tribute, but maybe a tribute to Tito, (Did he play guitar or bass?).

you can check him out if you have RFD channel on the program called Midwest Country Which is filmed in Sandstone Minnesota in an old walk in theatre which has been converted, lots of stars play there including Bobby Bare, Janie Fricke, Moe Bandy, and many others including one singer named David Church that dresses up and sings Hank Williams Sr's song and he is really good
