Well folks sorry for the delay but here are a couple of pictures we managed to get after the camera loss. Well I just loved the USA and can't wait to move. Polly is just the most amazing woman I could ever hope to meet. She is beautiful and funny and I love her so much. And what a talented girl, went to see her band play and I can say what an amazing performer she is! (stop sniggering at the back Wy and Beth) A big thanks to Tom Yeager, Mike and Denise Dunbar and to everyone that has shown us so much support. Andy

Great photos, guys. Looks like two people in love to me. Congrats. I think it's wonderful.
"Grits is one of those country-boy words that is both singular and plural-like deer, elk and sheep. I think the singular is appropriate when there's a modifier that makes it clear one is talking about something specific. Like, 'Grits are good for you, but these here grits is tasty.'"~~Joe Wrabek

Thank you to all of you who showed love and support during this incredible journey. Tom Yeager was a gracious and diligent host, exposing us to the very best Nashville had to offer...that evening was absolutely HEAVENLY. Mike and Denise Dunbar drove a piece to meet us for breakfast Sunday morning after him gigging the night before. Bob Cushing was very engaging and welcoming at his gig. Beth Williams showed the utmost enthusiasm and support. Mark, thank you for the J.R.R. Tolkien reference. I am a fan as well. That was beautiful. Wyman...oh never mind! You're okay! Thanks to EVERYONE for your well wishes. Andy is going to get back to his regularly scheduled programming now and get on with the collabs. I'd hate to be the Yoko Ono! He's collabing with me as well (YES, on a song!) but I know I have to wait my turn. Just because we're going to be married doesn't mean he'll show me favoritism musically (also, when we collab, I apparently become annoying at times, I simply can't imagine why). The cool thing is, Andy already has friends and family waiting for him right here, in Colerain Township, Ohio. These people love me, and see how awesome he is, so they love him as well. He will be surrounded by support and friendship. Above all, he'll be showered with my unconditional love. I wrote a song about it, but again...gotta wait my turn! Okay, enough with the sap. Back to music!

Hi Polly, Glad to hear you joking around again.... Looking at these pictures, it strikes me that you've lost nothing by "misplacing" your camera. Everything you need to remember is in these few shots. As I said to Andy, that third one is so beautiful. Andy has a look of "AHHHHHH" (or he might be sleeping -- I suspect you probably tuckered him out ), and you look like you've found HOME there on his shoulder. Snuggled up against him....now it's my turn to say AHHHHHHHH. So happy for you! Beth

Dear Polly and Andy, You both look so happy, Content and at peace, In love with each other, Love's found sweet release. The future is waiting, One kiss at a time, The stars shine the brighter, Because hearts entwine. Although for awhile, You're an ocean apart, The distance means little, When you're joined at the heart. So savor your romance, My JPF friends, For love just grows deeper, And love never ends!!!Best, Lynn

Very nice pics, you two.
I felt compelled to put a quote from one of my favorite poems here.
Love in the open hand, no thing but that, ungemmed, unhidden, wishing not to hurt, as one should bring you cowslips in a hat Swung from the hand, or apples in her skirt I bring you, calling out, as children do: Look at what I have! - And these are all for you. From Fatal Interview by Edna St. Vincent Millay
Thanks for sharing the pictures and your story.

Yes Beth, pic #3 is both of us...content and where we want to be. It is also me knowing he has to leave the next day, and none too happy about it. I fit perfectly under his arm...it's like we really were "made" for eachother. Letha...a painting...I LIKE THAT! Lynn, thank you for the beautiful lyric. Wendy, I love that poem. That's exactly how I feel.

Great pics you guys! Thanks for posting.... Since others have posted poems, I'll quote two lines from a favorite of mine and my wife's that your pics and story made me think of: i like my body when it is with your body. it is so quite new a thing e.e. cummings I won't quote the rest. You'll know why if you read it. Plus it was only the first two lines that occurred to me But maybe some day you can tell us if it's accurate Best Wishes! Scott
