ooooooooh........ takes me back... I loved his music... After hearing the first national radio release (was it I'd really Love to see you Tonight?.....or Nights are Forever?) I went down to the record store (yes... the RECORD store) and bought an earlier album that Dan and John Ford Coley had recorded. Loved those older songs... and when Dan seals went solo... loved most of those songs too. lot of heart in his words.

This is weird. I didn't hear about it until I saw this thread. "I'd really love to see you tonight" has been going on in my head all day today along with his "Bop" song. Some kind of premonition? He played a right handed guitar upside down backwards left handed like I do.

Was sad to read this today. Always liked "Love Is The Answer" with John Ford Coley. I can remember disc jockeying at a small country station back in '86 & coming across a beautiful song of his I loved to play. It was titled "You Still Move Me." Still love that song...
