My friends,
I'm a new member to JPF, and I'm really glad I found this site. What a great way to bring artists together. From what I've seen and heard here, there is an Orange County Chapter. I had spoken with Jean who was the OC Coordinator, but she said that the baton had been handed forward. Unfortunately, I haven't had much luck getting in touch with the new Coordinator.
I have been away from music for just over a decade, and I am returning with a vengance. I want to meet other artists (musicians and songwriters), and I would be happy to volunteer to assist in planning and executing events that will allow us to share ideas and showcase our work.
I would appreciate if y'all could help me get in touch with Linda or with whoever is acting Coordinator. I can't wait to take an active role in my own future, and I am hoping JPF will help me to do that.

Howdy Peter! I guess I'm a little late welcoming you to JPF... sorry about that! Welcome anyway!!!  Dunno if you've found a way to contact Linda/OC Coordinator yet. I think you should post this message on the Orange County Board though http://www.jpfolks.com/forum/ubbthreads.php?ubb=postlist&Board=49&page=1 and most likely she'll see it herself.
