The new Rickie Lee Jones album is awesome. It's different from anything I've heard before.. rock influenced... great heartfelt lyrics...check it out! Her first album was completed with a JPF member (and previous nominee)Alfred Johnson. They met when Alfred was playing his piano out on Venice Beach (apparently an actual acoustic piano out in the sand from the story) and he co-produced her first album and co-wrote many of the songs. It's a small world.

I am huge fan of her music.
I just wish that people on her team would be honest about who they REALLY are when they post things like this.
