This is still a long way off, but August 17th at The River Days Festival in Rising Sun Indiana I'll be opening for Country legend Ronnie Milsap...can't wait!.. In unrelated news, I've added "Radio Personality" to my resume...Every monday from 8-10 pm I have my own radio show on 88.9 fm Classx, playing all local Cincinnati music. You can listen online at www.classxradio.com I've always maintained that Cincy has one of the most underrated music scenes, and that our cream-of-the crop folks can match up with anyone in the "music capitals" Tune in and see what I'm talking about!

Thanks Herbie, I need to get BACK to Chicago soon... Last time I was there was Sept. 11th 2001 {great timing huh?} I still have my unused ticket to the Reds-Cubs game at Wrigley. I've been to Chi-town many times and I LOVE the place!

Hey BC! Congrats on the Ronnie Milsap gig! My producer and his wife play in Ronnie's band. They play keyboard and guitar and do backup vocals for him. They are on the road with him alot. It will be a great gig for you! Enjoy! Tammy

I just read an article in Guitar Player about the top 101 under rated guitarists.
If JPF had an under rated musician list I bet you would be on there as one of the hardest working full time musicians.
Loads of talent but not a house hold name,yet.
Congrats on opening for Mr.Milsap.

This is very very cool....
I'm not a big Country music fan but oddly enough my favorite Country artists are from the 80's I loved "Restless Heart" and Ronnie Milsap. I always thought his song
"Stranger In My House" was slamming and that beautiful melody in 'Show Her"

I hope I get to meet him too.{When I opened for Montgomery Gentry a couple of years ago, I had another gig later that night, and had to leave right after my set, so I didn't get to meet them. Ditto with Buddy Guy and Dr.John at Tallstacks, and Blue Oyster Cult at The July 4th Freedom Bash. I just hate blowing off my regular gigs!. { I'll make sure that doesn't happen this time!}
