If any of you post on other internet boards, I am sure that you knew Conner Smith. Our friend lost his battle with cancer on Thursday.
Following is some important information as posted by Rick Otts (banjo) on one of the other boards:
My wife and I met with Conner's wife (Kay) last night for a while. After talking with her it became clear that the need for a Trust Fund for Conner is needed. I would encourage those of who wish to give, to send a monetary gift to the Trust Fund in lieu of flowers. This is in the process of being setup by Ruth Greenwood and Tunelawyer. Address Information is forthcoming and will be part of this thread. Kay, in a very private way, indicated the hospital and final expenses were overwhelming. I think this is a positive gesture and will accomplish what is needed for the hour. Sincerely,
