for those interested, i have been out looking and this is what i have come up with for Orlando.
Sunday, opening soon, AKA Lounge on Pine
off of Orange Ave. downtown, orlando
Monday, Liquid Cellar- off University and at the corner of UCF, i think it is spelled Alafia blvd.
Thur. Devaney's 1, off of Golden Rod and University, free pit. of beer with every person who sings and it is only $2.00 bring your own cup up to ONE FREAKING GALLON. i tested it last thursday and it works!!!!
there is one on Wed and Fri, i am working on getting out there. i will let you know soon,
All of these are active and seem to have an even mix of originals and covers. Don't be scared, great times are had by all.

Thanks for the info. My wife & I just moved to Orlando, so we were looking for stuff like that. We've been to Austin's (on Fairbanks, E. of I4) on Tuesdays, and had a lot of fun. Awesome - I have shows coming up on March 6th at the Borders in Jacksonville (at 3:00) and in Gainesville (at 7:00) then I plan on being in Orlando area until Tuesday......is there any place that I should check out??
