Hello Folks,
I’ve been busy recording and have been away for a while. Please give a listen to some of what has had me wrapped up in a no time/no space warp. http://www.soundclick.com/pro/view/01/default.cfm?bandID=61416&content=music

1st Chakra - Root
2nd Chakra - Sacral
3rd Chakra - Navel
4th Chakra - Heart
5th Chakra - Throat
6th Chakra - Brow/Third Eye
7th Chakra – Crown

I welcome and appreciate your feedback/critique. Enjoy.

I only listened to the first too but i think you've got a very helpful musical track
for meditation---which I could certainly do more of-Ive been doing Yoga for years tho-so I do some there. I could feel the FX imediately.

Thanks-Ill try to listen to more again.

John thanks for the comment. What is FX? I have had these up for about 2 weeks now. Some folks are listening and others are actually resonating the sound.

After practicing with the complete set, Root through Crown Chakra, I am left in a very euphoric state, which is perfect for entering my 'Living In the Heart' meditation and 'Merkaba' meditation. It is always more beneficial to feel as much of the LOVE energy as possible and these sound meditations assist me greatly with opening up all of the Chakras and raising the vibration of my energy field.

Please do get back to me with any experiences you have with these exercises.

Blessings,
Tee

I listened to "root" chakra, and boy was it relaxing. The lyrics were tres magnifique!! [Linked Image] Seriously, I've never meditated, but as far as relaxing, this is great. Will turn it on tonight at bedtime!

Hiya Ben,

Thanks. So glad you listend and found it reeeelaaaaxing. Try resonating with the recording. That is where you will reap the total benefits of this meditation.

Just take a deep breath during the sounding of the gong (about 4 counts), then release on the exhale by resonating the note on the phrase ommmmmmmm with me (about 12 counts I think). It doesn't matter if you can sustain the note that long or not. Intent is more important.

You will probaly feel the vibration in the body part where your Chakra resides. The Root Chakra sits just at your pelvic bone.

Let me know how you feel after this.

Blessings,
Tee

I meditate and I enjoyed this. I think it is a California thing.

I couldn't help but think you should be able to play these together as cords to show a major, a 7th, minor etc. I don't know how to do that but it would be fun. Also it might help me understand how to actually do hamonies to my songs.

Hey there sub,
You are so refreshing. Love your silly mood. Makes me smile :-)

Thanks for stopping by and actually participating in the exercise. It is very relaxing and it does help tremendously to clear out the toxins that get stored there in each Chakra.

I will send you an email with more details and such. I began creating music for the Heart Chakra back in 1993. Let a friend use it who was in great emotional pain from a relationship break up. She was not able to cry and release the pain. When she had finished resonating on the note 'F' for the entire 20 minute recording (with more instrumentation), she told me that she felt much lighter and she was able to cry and release.

I do plan to make a CD titled Chakra Symphonic Suite. Each Chakra will have 1-4 Movements.

But for now, these short 8 round recordings really pack a punch. I am so happy to be given the opportunity to share these as free Mp3 downloads. There is so much wonderful music out there for free. And there is so much great info on the web regarding meditation, yoga, mantras and mudras, it gives me such joy to give back and contribute. Ya know what I mean? It just ain't always about how much money I can make. What I can do and how great it makes me feel is what's important to me right here and now.

I am excited about the recording project you mentioned "Reply to Me". Keep me posted.

huggggs and bunches of love,
Tee

Latteta,
Great dance tunes! Very Pop! Love the bridges! Great hooks!

Ok, ok,,,,enough with that.

As I do meditate somewhat often, I can relate to this. But I don't understand why the seperate sections. I would just make one out of it, so that way, we can keep that feeling, (meditation) going and not have to click on each one. Just make it all one "song".

I think there is a G mentioned, when it's something else. Might want to check the descriptions. There are two G's.

I thought the so und was not a voice at first. Very cool how you sound that way!

Nice!
John

Hi Tom (Somefellow),

A California Thing eh? :-) Maybe so LOL but I wrote my first Chakra piece while living in New Orleans. (smiling).

I did an experiment with the Root ‘C’ and the Heart ‘F’. I played one from my Windows Media Player and the other from the SoundClick Player simultaneously. That was sooooooooo cool. Let me know if your experiment on harmonies works.

Thanks so much for listening and commenting. Muchly appreciated.

Hiya Tom (Tomtimeless),

Thank you for your response. You may not need the most work on your Navel Chakra. I’m glad you liked the Navel Chakra the best, but it does not necessarily mean you need the most work on it. I have copied and pasted just a little info about the Navel/Solar Plexus Chakra, from one of most favorite websites on the subject: Wingmakers
http://home.xtra.co.nz/hosts/Wingmakers/The%20Twelve%20Major%20Chakras.html#3

Centre of personal power. When the solar plexus is open ,you have found your unique gift, the work that gives you pleasure and makes you feel fulfilled. One way to find your gift is to consider what you most enjoyed doing when you were a child, this will give you clues about your natural inclinations. In marital arts the third chakra is considered the center of Chi,the life force energy (also known as Reiki).

Balanced Energy: Outgoing, Cheerful, Self-respect, Respect others, Strong sense of personal power, Skillfull, Intelligent, Relaxed, Spontaneous, Expressive, Take on new challenges, Enjoy physical activities and good food.

Excessive Energy: Judgmental, Workaholic, Perfectionistic, Overly intellectual,
May need drugs to relax, Sexually inhibited, Can't show emotional warmth.

Deficient Energy: Depressed, Lack of confidence, Worry about what others think, Confused, Poor digestion, Afraid of being alone, Sexual energy-insecure, Need constant reassurance, Jealous, Distrustful.

Hope this helps you a little,
Tee

Hello John,
Thank you for taking the time to reply. Everyone's imput is so important.

John: As I do meditate somewhat often, I can relate to this. But I don't understand why the seperate sections. I would just make one out of it, so that way, we can keep that feeling, (meditation) going and not have to click on each one. Just make it all one "song".

Tee: Actually John, you can have this continuous play mode by downloading them to your computer and have your player open them in order. They have been recorded with just enough time at the beginning and end to give you that continuous flow effect. Also there may be those who wish to extend the time, one Chakra at a time. And there are some folks who may just want to do a short exercise to get use to it. I have made a Seven Chakra Meditation. For those who don’t want to fool around with all that technical stuff this version is available for .75 cents.

John: I think there is a G mentioned, when it's something else. Might want to check the descriptions. There are two G's.

Tee: The Brow/Third Eye Chakra resonates to ‘A’. Good catch John.

John: I thought the so und was not a voice at first. Very cool how you sound that way!

Tee: Thanks for the compliment on my voice. Even though, I was recording, I was also meditating. If you can imagine having to retake several times, I was very high after this session. LOL

Nice!
John

Thanks again buddy,
Tee
