Welcome MikeyG! Is there any specific song you would like us to critique? If possible, please specify what you would want us to "listen" for. For example, production, arrangement, instrumental performance, vocals or lyric writing, etc. Generally, the more specific you can be about the input you need, the more valuable and focused your feedback will be. ![[Linked Image]](http://www.justplainfolks.org/ubb/biggrin.gif) Hope this helps! Take care & come back soon, ok amigo?! ![[Linked Image]](http://www.justplainfolks.org/ubb/smile.gif) Michael B.

Hola Mikey, I thought with a name like MikeyG it was going to be a rap site! I was pleasantly surprised. Very much in a traditional Hispanic romantic groove with a sweet production. Is this your band or you building tracks with synths/samples etc.? Studio or just really good home recording? The horns sound great and you've got a great toque on that guitar. My favourites are Vamos a la Pista - you're right, with all the calling of the steps it's very like square dance - toe-tapping, and Dame Un Beso. I really like the chord changes in that one. Suerte, Bob (check out my latest - Everybody Says - at http://www.soundclick.com/bands/3/boblesliemusic.htm )

Hi Bob,thank you for taking the time to listen to my songs,I'm very glad you liked them,it makes me feel very happy.I did,nt post all my songs on there, just the beter ones.My songs are recorded in a studio her in Reno, called Lane Cameron music services. www.lanecameron.com Lane does most of the instuments on his keyboard with a very state of the art recording system. The guitar parts like on "Vamos a la pista" are my own creations but I have lane play it on the recording becouse he's a much better guitar player than I am.and your question about quincinieras, well maybe I,m not spelling it right but its a traditional hispanic family celebration when one of the girls (family member)turns 15 years old. Hey BOB I would sure appreciate it if you could spread the word around about my new website,Peasse don,t forget to leave any messages on my message board and becouse you were such a good guy leave me your address and I'll send you a CD free of charge.Later holmes

Muchísimas gracias, Mikey. I'd like that! My address is Bob Leslie, 24 Elizabeth Street, Glasgow G51 1AG, Scotland, United Kingdom. I'll maybe steal some of your songs for my Thursday night set as "Roberto y su guitarra" in my local Spanish restaurant! (with full credit given, naturalmente) 'ta luego, Bob

Mikey, Well yes, mostly comments & feedback for a specific song or project. Most songwriters around here are willing to provide critique exchanges, which in most cases is a good way get some meaningful interaction and more listeners. At least this has been the trend and primary purpose here for the last 2 or 3 years, but things could change if enough folks participate! Keep networking and having fun, There's room here for everyone!! ![[Linked Image]](http://www.justplainfolks.org/ubb/smile.gif) Best regards, Michael B. "The standard by which I now measure the things in my life is the following: If I was on my death bed, or if I knew I had a short time to live, would this issue be important? If the answer is no.. I don't sweat it at all. If the answer is Yes, you better believe it goes to the front of the order of today's business!" -Brian Austin Whitney
