John's song about a dream reminded me i had one too. This is a real thing. Ive had a recurring dream since me early 20's. A woman i don't know, shows up, were together , it's mostly seeing her face, and conversation. Some foreplay but nothing overt. But it's a two sided feeling. The wonder of seeing her, is breathtaking, but then frustration sets in. Cause i will never know who it is. I cant even tell what she looks like, until the dream starts, then i forget when waking. I never wrote about, cause its a tough concept. Wanted the listener to be confused, like whats he talking about, cause that's what it's like for me The dream can disappear for a year, then every day for week, no pattern. But it's a lovely dream, while it lasts. I'm not sure if she has big knockers. BTW, I've mentioned this to a relative who is a counselor, she tried, but she thinks it probably occurs when certain triggers in waking life make it happen. Not big on reincarnation but that's been proposed Anyway, i think it's a nice production and tune https://soundclick.com/track/15297210Wow, what a kiss! You said how's that sir? I wish I knew who you were Near perfect miss Tommorow just a blur I wish I knew who you were I'll see you on the flip side of the pillow The rest of the day the brain turns to brillo I'll figure this out i don't think so I'll see you on the flipside of the pillow You can't be new Past lives or two I wish I knew who you were I don't believe that shitt Maybe you do I wish I knew who you were I'll see you on the flip side of the pillow The rest of the day the brain turns to brillo I'll figure this out i don't think so I'll see you on the flipside of the pillow I cant remember the face I can't remember the place My heart runnin at this pace, Ah it's bye bye Dom... I'll see you on the flip side of the pillow The rest of the day the the brain turns to brillo I'll figure this out i don't think so I'll see you on the flipside of the pillow

You captured your feelings in those lyrics. Yes, dreams can be haunting.

ok lets go on this dead site . I think this is good Well, if this site dies, it could come back to life. Where Did the Music Go?Verse 1 There was a place where strangers came To chase a dream, not seek a name A simple verse, a borrowed rhyme Could build a friendship over time We cheered the highs, we learned the lows We helped each other's music grow No one cared who stole the show Back when love outshined the ego Pre-Chorus Then somewhere along the way The harmony got lost We started building fences Instead of building songs Chorus Where did the music go? Who turned the hearts to stone? We used to lift each other higher Now everybody sings alone Where did the music go? Does anybody know? If we're still writing songs together Where did the music go? Verse 2 Then louder voices took the floor Till no one heard the songs anymore One by one, the dreamers slipped Leaving empty coffee cups and scripts Opinions echoed off the walls No one caught the silent calls Funny how the loudest sound Can leave the quietest hearts unwound Pre-Chorus Then somewhere along the way The harmony got lost We started building fences Instead of building songs Chorus Where did the music go? Who turned the hearts to stone? We used to lift each other higher Now everybody sings alone Where did the music go? Does anybody know? If we're still writing songs together Where did the music go? Bridge One kind word can change a song One open heart can right a wrong Maybe all it takes is you To bring the music through Final Chorus Where did the music go? Who turned the hearts to stone? We used to lift each other higher Now everybody sings alone Where did the music go? Does anybody know? If we're still writing songs together Where did the music go? Outro Where did the music go?
