Tony, It may be entertaining to some, but this sort of unrestrained, pointless and argumentative back-and-forth has chased almost everyone out of here. This site is becoming a ghost town. If this site is going to survive as a songwriting site, this stuff needs to go away and stay away, in the hopes, that some of the people who left will see the atmosphere as inviting and maybe return.

That is true enough regarding my songs and music related content that I post. I think that is true of everyone here. That is why they came to a song site. Yet...you want to change this site into your personal romper room, where you get to argue politics, evangelize end-of-the-world prophecies and rant about whatever impulse fires up within you. None, music related, just Tony desires. Of the two of us, which is more selfish? People have left. Not because I told them to or "cancelled" anything, but because they dont like the argumentative atmosphere. And look around, you created a thread for the exclusive purpose of attacking me. And you re-tread this just to set up another pointless argument. I wanted no interaction with you at all until you started trolling my atty thread. It's Brian's site. Bringing order to it and stomping down on distractions that inevitably devolve into arguments seems very reasonable to me. But if you can convince Brian that I've got it wrong and you offer more and should run free here, I might just give it up. See what he says. I like having a place to put songs (without being attacked) but avoiding this site wont change my life any.

Presently, the most active songwriting site that I have seen is one where people post a song once a week. There is real consideration by some publishers and industry people. No one that I have seen starts going into detail with anyone else regarding what they think is not-right with any songs. People offer a compliment here and there depending on their tastes and inclinations and that is it. I've noticed a couple of people who have real talent and used to post here. Every song that that those people put up is good.
There are no flame wars that I have seen. No arguments over politics or religion.
I dont spend a lot of time there, but all of the interaction is cordial that I have seen. And, as I said, it's active.

Marty is the one who gets to throw a punch after the bell and run away, and then next round somebody kicks the [naughty word removed] out of him(which I'd be amazed if nobody ever had,,,)
But then say he's the victim.
He messaged people and naturally if you engage with people they tend to be on your side.
But this guy has never stopped whining, wants something different every day, and gets it.
Tried to do background checks on me just to see if he had some way to cancel me.
He started a rumor that I threatened some guy on this site, that he says I somehow found his number and made threats.
He lied. And somehow when arguing with Travis, he said it as if was fact.
He's an obsessed stalker .
He's got control issues, and he's good at influencing people.
Why people still talk to this ahole I don't know Lol... And you take the bait every time, Dom! In my mind, I just don't know where you end and he begins...

The TROLLS have been allowed to do pretty as they wish on this site. I've been unable to get it to stopped or simply be left alone.
They seem to share a psychological addiction to annoying people and this site provides them a hunting ground for that.
