Rearview moments cling to hope of future's unobstructed path lingering, but not too long avoiding fate's destructive wrath memories of what was known knowing now how wrong it was unspoken stories fill the mind as it resolves the "just because" skeletons left in the dark are fearless, for they've nothing left save for the cage that once embraced a beating heart now gone. bereft. Be wary, traveler, looking back all is but reflected light the image in the rearview will not offer true insight
