Look at this participation. The majority of these people (minus those who have died) are still on Facebook and I see and interact with most of them regularly. I have invited several to come back. Some take a peak, see previous issues and say "no thanks" and that is it. I talk to these people. We could easily have some of the most active users back, but trolls, rants and politics have run them off.

LMFAO Why should I care about a bunch of cancel culture "Facebook" snowflakes who can't write anything meaningful anyway? Here's a challenge for you... TELL THEM ALL TO COME BACK AND SHUT ME UP WITH A REAL SONG!

We could easily have some of the most active users back, but trolls, rants and politics have run them off. They were also way more passionate about making music. I think people get old too. And I also think home recording as big as it was at one time, made people realize that you're songwriters were dead. Wasn't enough to have songs you needed recordings of songs. And most people focused on their own cause it's a [naughty word removed] load of work. That, and if everybody is producing their own songs, who needs songwriters. Used to have a dream of getting cuts, not once that part changed. And certainly not now. Take up gardening

I wrote a song about a childhood board game, it was a sports game, they had anniversary maybe 10 years ago. I didn't know they were still around. So I wrote it, posted it on my own fast starts website and out the link in different places.well I got several emails from sports writers who felt the same way about the game. It ended up on the companies site and I got maybe a few thousand listens it was also for sale and I think 10 people bought the MP3. Who buys it when they hear it free..... But that MP3 is on one of my drives that I can't get any info off, I guess most forever. But I was told the owner if the game liked it alot
