FULL | Donald Trump Talks FBI Reopening Hillary Clintons Case https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=odpC4H9BZBQThere is no way Hillary Clinton will ever be president. There are enough Trump supporters nation-wide to keep that from happening. And these are patriotic people, people who care about their children and grandchildren and the future of the United States.

Very interesting to see what happens. If it turns out in the next couple of days that none of these emails came from Hillary's server, then the FBI director should resign because he interfered with the election and Trump should drop out of the race. We don't need a narcissistic megalomaniac who doesn't study issues (like most folks here) to be president.

http://www.cnn.com/2016/10/28/polit...ls-senate-judiciary-committee/index.htmlThe emails being examined are part of an investigation into Anthony Weiner, according to law enforcement sources. Weiner, the disgraced former congressman, recently separated from top Clinton aide Huma Abedin after a sexting incident. =Bob=

Probably the thing that irritates me the most is that it is going to take the FBI 2-4 weeks or more to wade through these emails and figure out if any of the emails are "classified" -- which is the only problem that I can see. But the damage has been done.
This was a reckless and completely irresponsible move by the FBI director (unless he found something but won't say). He needs to clear this up, one way or another, by the end of the weekend.
Hopefully the American public is smart enough to know enough about Donald to know that electing him and his alt-right buddies would be a disaster -- but I am just not confident enough on that.

Well, Lessee, The Donald keeps no secrets. He speaks the truth and you can take it or leave it. Hillary, if you notice, avoids the Press and is once again trying to slip in under the Radar. Trouble is, that baggage she is towing, just exposed, is getting a lot heaver. But some people will vote for her in this case, no matter what her track record is. I believe we know enough about The Donald and we already know enough about Hillary to make an intelligent decision. Did I say intelligent? I over spoke.
One more note. All these controversies about Hillary are going to weaken her if she becomes president. So she will go along with a republican congress or be able to do nothing. Like it or not, she is not what we need in the White house.

We don't need a narcissistic megalomaniac who doesn't study issues (like most folks here) to be president. Comey's transgression may not be that he has interfered with the election. It may be that he has held two generals to higher standards than Hillary Clinton and he and many people in the FBI are very very uncomfortable with it. Personally I think that he allowed himself to be corrupted and made the law a lesser priority than politics...but he's stretched the rubber band as far as he is willing to. Yeah I know that he is officially a republican but he has played the game long and well in Washington and has become an entrenched bureaucrat above all else.

Martin, one general was charged with leaking classified documents to journalists! That is quite a bit different than Clinton's stupidity! (what was the other one -- was it Petraeus?)
WikiLeaks, although an illegal hack, is still fair game as far as I can see (although the government should stop the leaks if it could), but an FBI Director saying something about a situation that they don't have any facts 11 days before an election???
Right now I think it was reckless and irresponsible of the FBI director to say a peep until they actually had a chance to review the emails. If they had gone through the first 1,000 and found 1 classified email (especially if these aren’t duplicates of what was already found), then he should have said something. Right now I think he should tender his resignation. Without even knowing what’s in there, his statement is interfering with an election. Us on the Hillary side pretty much dismissed election rigging, but now I am not so sure.
Well in any case I am off next week to the Frank Brown Songwriting Festival until after the election. No politics for me and I am looking forward to it.

Kevin....
Clinton's stupidity?....seems a way to trivialize her actions. Do you want to elect as president someone who was stupid in their use and handling of secret sec'y of state docs. Doesnt her current predicament indicate how dangerous that is?
What if...she circumvented the use of govt servers with her eyes wide open knowing that she didnt want anyone seeing the backroom dealing to direct money to the clinton foundation?
Personally...the circumstantial evidence makes it clear to me that she did. My personal hunch is that Huma stated as much on the weiner computer.

OK, you lost me on the what if thing -- it just means you don't know. What if Trump wasn't a narcissistic lunatic with his alt-right racists and misogynistic buddies. What if Trump didn't seem to screw everybody and stiff contractors left and right in his business dealing. What if Trump actually respected women? What if Trump actually studied anything and knew what was going on? Well then I might vote for him.

In many ways much more so than Clinton. Regarding "what if"... A common theme in your comments is that Clinton and Trump are both bad but Trump is a much worse type of bad. Therefore...Hillary is preferable. And the Trump people flip that. Trump is openly nationalistic, presumed to be or have been a sexual predator, presumed to be mysogenistic, presumed to be a racist and presumed to be narcissistic. Although mostly presumed (other than the Billy Bush tape)...there is enough smoke to believe that there is fire, in my view. There are also a lot of well after the fact accusers and armchair psychoanalysts. Hard to absolutely quantify such presumptions and opinions and unwitnessed claims. Clinton and her email server(s) was a dereliction of the duties of secretary of state. She admits that. That goes directly to "governance." But that "what if" has been quantifiable even though it was not prosecuted. Now the information age has given us wikileaks and we get to see into the shadows where we find written evidence of a sec of state's minions selling influence and access to her self and our govt on a quid pro quo basis in return for donations to the Clinton foundation. I'm not insulting you personally but only making a general rhetorical statement when I say that only a fool would deny the obviousness of that and believe otherwise. Now we have a lot of people deciding that their own lives are less affected by what Donald Trump said to an overweight Miss Universe etc ...than what an influence selling president would mean to their lives In line with many of your points...it is a qualitatively more important "what if" in the minds of many people. And it has written and uncovered emails to back it up.

Sorry, All's fair in politics and war, no? Hillary is out there crying foul that this "Little Distraction" is just noise and we should just ignore it. Kinda reminds me of an old saying I have heard. WHEN IN DOUBT, RUN IN CIRCLES, SCREAM AND SHOUT. Hillary can't change her stripes now. She made her bed, now sleep in it.

Having voted Republican 4 times and Democrat 4 times, I was fed up with politics and never meant to vote again. Then, along came Donald Trump giving both parties hell and vowing to restore America to its former greatness. It was like the second coming of Ronald Reagan, and I caught the fever. Trump knew at the outset that he had to get the Republican nomination, that it was impossible to win as an independent or to start a third party as Perot tried to do. Conservative Americans have overwhelmingly embraced Trump. Our disappointment lies in the way the Bushes, Ryan, Romney, McCain and other RINOs have turned their backs on their party's nominee. It proves what Trump has said all along, that this is the people versus the Washington establishment. Republican insiders would rather see a Democrat insider elected than someone who was not a politician. So Trump and the American people continue with help from Giuliani, Gingrich and Christie. There is no doubt that Hillary Clinton has broken the law and jeopardized national security. She should not be allowed to run for president! In the wake of new evidence and mounting public pressure, the FBI has reopened the case of Clinton deleting 33,000 emails. As Obama's influence wanes, James Comey has apparently decided to do the right thing. I am not big on sending people to prison, but I do believe Mrs. Clinton should be disqualified from running for public office. In fact, the idea of her being president is totally ridiculous! I believe Donald Trump will get the 270 electoral votes he needs and lead the United States in a more conservative direction.

Believe me, I would rather be in the studio with a beautiful young singer. But radical Muslims have vowed that their flag will fly above the White House. I don't want that to happen.

But of course, only republicans have a monopoly on patriotism and caring about children. Well, when trump was dodging teh draft, and philandering about NYC as a playboy, Hillary, who could have taken her education and worked for a high powered law firm, she took a job with the children defense fund, long before she became famous. But, no, voting for someone like her isn't caring for children, not at all, but someone votes for a man whose audio tape is in the wild, for anyone to listen to, who on that audio, brags about grabbing female genitalia against their will and who says he can get away with it because he is famous equals 'caring about children and grandchildren'. now voting for that guy, that sure is caring about children, that sure is patriotic, especially when he was talking about not defending NATO if they were short on cash, and chumming it up with Putin, who is nothing more than a thug, a murderer of journalists, and a general menace to the world, now that's patriotism, yeah, that kind of patriotism by Trump who wondered why we couldn't use nukes since we have them. I think there's enough people in the USA who have observed Trump taking moron to epic levels hitherto not seen in a national candidate and they will reject his candidacy and do the right thing and vote for Hillary. FYI In order for Trump to win..... Trump has to win all the Romney states. then he has to win all seven of the swing states, and if he does, he will still be short, so the only way he can be president is if he wins all the above, plus at least one blue state where hillary has a sizeable lead. If he but misses on any one of the above, he can't win. By the way, at this juncture doing Obama and Romney, 10/31 of 2012, Obama was only one point in the lead by the IBD/TIPP poll, which is the most accurate of all polls, and yet he still won by a sizeable margin. As of 10/29 the IBD/TIPP poll has Hillary with a 4 point lead. This agrees with the RCP average of all polls as of 10/29, as well. The most hillary will lose on yesterday's news, is about 1.5 pts I wouldn't count your chickens just yet.

How does that work? Well, it doesn't. She's not going to be PTA president for much longer. So, Trump's audio of him bragging about committing sexual assualt because, as a celebritiy, that entitles him to do this crime, that audio is in the wild, and that genie won't go back in the bottle. So, how does he give speeches? how do serious people in leadership positions take him seriously while that audio tape exists? how does that work? It doesn't. The vast majority of women are not going to vote for Trump, and Trump cannot when without them, or without at least 27% of hispanics, and a larger percentage of minorities than he is currently getting. There just aren't enough old angry white guys to put him over the top.

We don't need a narcissistic megalomaniac who doesn't study issues (like most folks here) to be president. He should resign because he gave Clinton special treatment and did not bring charges. Though it is obvious she intended to do everything she did, that wasn't even required to bring charges. The mere fact she had a subpoena for ALL the emails and she still destroyed them is enough to have charged her with obstruction of justice no matter what was in the emails. If she is elected, and it's likely with rampant efforts to cheat out there, she's essentially a dictator entirely above the law and will get away with all we know and far more we don't yet know.

A lifelong party boy who by virtue of wealth has used and abused people his entire life versus a wretchedly corrupt politician. Strangely...as repulsive as Trump is...he stands a chance of winning because Hillary is that bad. Given the choice between such lousy people...the issues come into play. I and many others align with Hillary on nothing and think that her presidency is DOA. I have a hope that if Trump is elected that he will revisit our trade relationships, tax codes and many other things and make some beneficial changes. Trump is the product of many people who are very disturbed about such things as Hillary's emails. As Brian mentioned, she defiantly deleted 30k federally subpoena'd emails which would land you in jail for a long time. That is qualititatively different than saying that women will let you grab their pussy because you are a star...in a private conversation or calling an overweight beauty contestant Miss Piggy. The deleted emails, amongst many other things, is on the job corruption and governance. The US is becoming the PRI of Mexico. Bill and Hillary are the poster people for that. If elected a lot of people will hate Trump. IF elected a lot people will hate Hillary. But Hillary is so corrupt that she now has a prospect of a felony indictment hanging over her and her presidency before it even starts. That will eviscerate her ability to govern if it happens. And it will be suggested by the same FBI director that was a golden boy for not prosecuting her three months ago. Of the two choices that I have, I'm voting for Trump.

Truth is an elusive creature. ... But like many wild accusations, Trump’s claim is built around a true fact: Somewhere around 33,000 emails from Clinton’s time as secretary of state really were deleted. Trump, however, omitted the most crucial fact about these emails — Clinton’s team ordered them to be deleted before any subpoenas had been issued.... ... Dec. 5, 2014: Clinton’s team provides 55,000 pages of emails, or about 30,000 individual emails, to the State Department. Mills tells an employee at Platte River Networks, which managed the server, that Clinton does not need to retain any emails older than 60 days.
March 2, 2015: The New York Times breaks the story that Clinton used a personal email account while secretary of state.
March 4, 2015: The Benghazi committee issues a subpoena requiring Clinton to turn over all emails from her private server related to the incident in Libya.
Between March 25-31, 2015: The Platte River Networks employee has what he calls an "oh s---" moment, realizing he did not delete Clinton’s email archive, per Mills’ December 2014 request. The employee deletes the email archive using a software called BleachBit.... There are a bunch of other links to wade through, but I just clicked on these two. I am sure breitbart.com will have a different story! Shaky yes, but not criminal intent or actions that I can tell. Of the two choices that I have, it is Hillary by many a mile. I have voted and am going away for awhile to the Frank Brown Songwriting festival. If Hillary wins, I won't say a peep. If Trump wins, I 'll come back and congratulate the other side.

Well, AROUND AND AROUND AND AROUND WE GO, AND WHERE WE STOP, NOBODY KNOW. Not sure if it has been mentioned in the Press, but for all practical purposes, it appears Hillary used her position in the State Department to set up high paying speeches for Bill, and payback will be later, when she is in the White House.
But that is not the most pressing issue. It is still the Economy and Jobs. Trump speaks to those issues but Hillary seems to be totally absent. Her big plan is still Taxing the top 1 tenth of 1 percent to the tune of at least 1.3 Trillion dollars for her Pie in the Sky Health plan, of which won't cut it as Premiums are going up at least 25 percent next year. Any want to guess how much they will rise the year after that? And your retirement plan? Good luck.

Imo...you can't trust any news written on the internet by Breitbart or anyone else. The verifiable fact here is that the FBI has declared that it is investigating a presidential candidate for unlawful behavior in the performance of her duties as Sec Of State. Possibly a felony. Furthermore, this occurred in the course of investigating the estranged husband of that candidate's most trusted aide for felony sexual behavior with a minor. Unbelievable

They have found a new trove of emails that might be duplicates, might not have anything new in them .. or maybe they do. They haven't even read the emails yet. If they find something interesting in there, THEN they might start an investigation into unlawful activity. Be careful in using hyperbole to describe something that is going on where we have zero facts.

Be careful in using hyperbole to describe something that is going on where we have zero facts. Kevin I'm not using hyperbole. I'm reciting facts. After having and presumably reviewing the emails for a period of weeks the FBI has declared that it is looking at Clinton's case again. The FBI doesn't investigate lawful behavior. If the FBI ever investigates you for the unlawful use of an email server or anything else...you have a problem with the law of some kind. You may be cleared. You may not be prosecuted...but there is a legal issue if you are being investigated by the FBI. e.g. the FBI is not merely curious about what Weiner uses his laptop for. Here is some pure speculation. Anthony Weiner aka Carlos Danger is a twisted vindictive dude...who knew where the bodies were buried...and got himself all jammed up with the sexting...and hates his wife and Hillary and Bill for not "supporting him." My guess is that he made a deal with the FBI that included turning out his estranged wife and the Clintons. My guess is that the FBI had him without the laptop but he bartered with it. What's on there is likely pretty bad for Hillary.

Hi Folks:
I doubt if we will know all the facts yet to be discovered and shared with us (and congress) by the FBI... but the Weiner Computer has certainly leveled the playing field. How nonsensical to hear Harry "Horses-Ass" Reid throwing rotten eggs at Director Comey. Then AG Lynch gets "huffy" about things 'cause it just may mess up her ticket to easy street probably offered by Slick Willy on the tarmac several weeks ago.
The current administration is the worst collection of thieves and liars the American Public has ever been exposed-to. Throw in the possibility that the Clintons may succeed, be very afraid, my friends. Freedom may become an obsolete word in the near future.

Well, Hillary is out there ranting and raving, spewing everything she can to deflect her track record trying to fool the people. I shudder at Clinton getting elected and the aftermath that will follow. I don't want to Re-Invent the Soviet Union of which the Liberal's want. They want the Government to control everything. That is not what made the country a great nation. What a mess.
What if...??? OK, you lost me on the what if thing -- it just means you don't know. What if Trump wasn't a narcissistic lunatic with his alt-right racists and misogynistic buddies. What if Trump didn't seem to screw everybody and stiff contractors left and right in his business dealing. What if Trump actually respected women? What if Trump actually studied anything and knew what was going on? Well then I might vote for him. In spite of his faults...I think that he does know what's going on. Let's look at this, okay, say you have a PTA president, and she is giving a speech in front of an audience, and people in the audience google her and find and watch a video of her in a porno video while she is giving a speech. This election offers two lousy choices. And it will be suggested by the same FBI director that was a golden boy for not prosecuting her three months ago. Of the two choices that I have, I'm voting for Trump.
ON Howard Stern, Trump bragged that he could, because he owned the pageant, could enter announced in the female contestant's dressing room and many of them were undressed, to 'inspect'. Contestants have come forward and testified that he did exactly this. Not only did he do this, he did it also at the miss teenage universe pageant as well. And then we have the Access Hollywood tape. So, imagine Trump giving a speech and adults and children in the audience googling him and listening to the audio of him bragging about how he can grab women's genitals and get away with it because he is a "star". How does that work? It doesn't. It would be one thing if all we had was testimony, but it is on audio, which can be listened to by anyone at anytime. For that reason, despite all the arguments, he cannot be president. They have been trying to pin something in Hillary for 30 years, and despite your best wishes, they have found nothing to indict her on. Trump is to appear on November 28 to answer to fraudulent activities relating to Trump University on RICO racketeering charges. Trump's international business entanglements poses conflicts of interest and threats to national security if he is elected. The true author of "The Art Of The Deal" ( no, donald, despite his claim, he did not write the book, it was written by Tony Schwartz) said that if he knew that the book would be the springboard for donald's fame to the extent someday that he would run for president, he would not have written the book, and since the launch of his candidacy, Schwartz donates all the royalties to charity, because he had to be with Trump for 18 months, up close, in order to write the book, and he shudders at the thought of Trump being president, for what he knows about how he operates. Trump has screwed hundreds of contractors out of their pay. Trump hired illegals to build his hotels. Trump built his hotels with chinese steel. All of Trump's products are made abroad. Trump refuses to release his taxes. Politifact gave him "liar of the year" award, with one lie for every 180 second coming out of this mouth, on the average. If we look deeply at Trump, who he is, he wants to be president for one reason, and one reason only. To have something to brag about. His whole life has been about doing things to brag about. That's who Donald is. Donald Trump has not given anything to charity since 2008, and he brags about haviong "10 billion dollars". he says he funded his own campaign, but the evidence shows that he's spent only a fraction of the total spent using his own money. With the donations to his campaign, these were used to pay for his expensive plane and hotels. If you think he is out for the little guy, you are deluded. Hillary has been fighting for women, workers, and children, all of her life. For every argument you can claim Hillary is corrupt, then provide evidence so that the DOJ can prosecute. This has been going on for 30 years and NO ONE has been able to do this. On the other hand, Trump has been sued 3500 times, and settled on hundreds of those suits and. We have audio of trump bragging about paying to play, giving money to Politicians and then getting something for those donations in return. That's an admission of corruption. So we have solid evidence of corruption and sexual predation. The odds of there being anything on the Weiner laptop is remote, and this idea there is a 'prospect of indictment' is ludicrous. Why would I say that? Well, in 30 years they have found nothing, so that this tells me that though Hillary "appears" to be committing crimes, she actually isn't, because she knows where the line is and does not cross it, therefore the odds are against there being anything on the laptop that can rise to a level of criminality.

The record shows that premiums went up at a much higher rate under Bush, than with Obama. so, given history with republicans in the whitehouse, I could ask you the same question about Trump.

“The record shows that premiums went up at a much higher rate under Bush, than with Obama” - PatApples & oranges… A larger part of healthcare was in the private sector during the Bush years. The increase in premiums during Obama years is hidden in higher taxes. I’ll Google if I get a chance to find the difference in government spending for healthcare comparing the Bush and Obama years. Government spending for this massive entitlement is going to bankrupt us. Though many social conscious souls think the 20 trillion dollar National Debt is no concern. When the USA hits rock-bottom we’ll all suffer. Then no one will have decent healthcare. John
