No, Shrimp Boat is a Chicago band from the late 80s and early 90s. From AllMusic.com: Precursors of the esoteric sound eventually tagged "post-rock," Shrimp Boat was among the key Chicago indie bands of their era, with members later going on to even greater success in groups like the Sea and Cake... Their affinity for unusual time signatures, jazz-influenced structures and exotic rhythms were unlike anything else on the contemporary Chicago club circuit. They added drummer Eric Claridge in 1986 and issued their debut cassette album Some Biscuit in 1988, followed later that same year by Daylight Savings. On their own Specimen Products label, they issued their first vinyl LP Speckly in 1989. That year, Claridge left the band, replaced by Brad Wood. Shrimp Boat signed to Bar/None in 1990 and recorded their next album, Duende, that same year. The album didn't see release until 1992, and in the meantime, the band self-released the Volume 1 collection. 1993 saw the release of Cavale, but by this time, both Kroll and Wood had exited, while Eric Claridge returned to the band as bassist and Tom Jasek stepped in on drums. Within a few months of the album's release Shrimp Boat disbanded; Prekop and Claridge soon reunited in the Sea and Cake, while Wood emerged as one of the most sought-after producers in indie rock, helming records for the likes of Liz Phair, Veruca Salt and the Smashing Pumpkins. And this is their very good review of the collection, itself: http://www.allmusic.com/album/something-grand-mw0000205083

Bombino is really good. African guitar player... member of the nomadic Tuareg tribe. Very blues-y, though. That album was produced by Dan Auerbach (The Black Keys), who really accents those aspects of the music. "The story of Nomad": http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M-9gQiiE4H0

Still Rockin the surprising debut album by "Maragold" lead by world renowned guitar virtuoso, Greg Howe, who steps away from his fusion chops to meld his toned down but always delectable chops with perhaps the best female rock crooner since Pat Benatar, ....the lovely, vivacious and ball rattling vocalist, Alison Krauss. Check it!
Also on the Ipod but in no particular order, some of the best music you (may) not have heard! There's something here for EVERYONE!! Guitar lovers especially should take note if you don't have these in your collections yet.
Danny Gatton- "Unfinished Business" Def Tones- "White Pony" Dustin Kensrue-"Please Come Home" Flying Colors- "Flying Colors" Kings X- "The Best of.." Jason Isbell and the 400 Unit-"Live from Alabama" Parliament- "The Motor Booty Affair" Riverdogs- "Riverdogs" Steve Lukather- "Transition" Steve Vai- "The Story of Light" Tommy Emanuel- "Center Stage" Tommy Bolin and Friends- "Great Gypsy Soul" digital remaster (a MUST for guitar enthusiasts)
Enjoy if you can.

For those who remember Tommy Bolin in the 70's before his death, he was (to be) the next great one in the realm of Rock Guitarists. Not too long ago a group of world renowned guitarist got together and remastered "Great Gypsy Soul" and also found unfinished gems by Tommy that were then, completed and recorded, with Tommy's heavenly blessings I'm sure. Find and listen to this smorgasbord of guitar wizardry and take a listen to Tommy Bolin, in case you forgot what an incredible and innovative player he was.
You MIGHT also like hearing from these guys, too.....
Joe Bonamassa, Nels Cline, Peter Frampton, Warren Haynes, Glenn Hughes, Myles Kennedy, Sonny Landreth, Steve Lukather, Steve Morse, Oz Noy, Prairie Prince, John Scofield, Big Sugar, Derek Trucks and Brad Whitford.
Enjoy this one...in case ya missed it. Now playing on Mike's IPOD....... "Great Gypsy Soul" By Tommy Bolin and Friends- Digitally Remastered 2012.
