I think we all hold onto the musical influences of or formidable years of adolescence. It's when we were so wide eyed and our hormones were raging, our brains hungry for adventure and those songs are like a time capsule somehow. I know when certain songs come on the box certain memories of where and when and maybe who I was with come rushing in.
Since there are still so many of our generation around our demographic maintains success for these artists. Will the kids of today be going out and paying $100. to see Lady Gaga in thirty years? Probably. What I saw last nigh on the Dick Clark New Years Eve show from her was just short of a circus side show, in my opinion. But alas....I'll be gone by then so......
