Simple: The Weather!
You're right Johnny, in a way. What controls the weather? The Sun. So the Sun controls the world. YES! How did I miss that,,,for I always look at that thing and think about "all>,,,,Now where is everything?> I can;t see! YES,,,I stand corrected,,,The SUN controls the world! Now, what controls the Sun? The Milky Way! Then the Universe! Then,,,, I'll take the Sun!
