If that fails, you might think about sending it to Shure. They have flat fees for mics out of warranty. Here's the pricing chart.That's interesting. Does this mean, if I send it to Shure, the most I will have to pay is the 101$ flat fee for the Beta 87 (as listed in the pricing chart), regardless the issue?
