I promised myself that I would not let my 24/7 vestibular/vertigo or extreme back & neck stiffness,weakness and pain STOP me from doing this.  Yeah.....just keep on forcing yourself to play and record. I bet you forgot your pain when you were in the midst of it! Cool video and song. Excellent playing. The time signature (7/8?) sets it apart. Maybe it will not be a radio hit but it could go places as a soundtrack.
