Hi Colin. It is a good deal cost wise but I do not understand why anyone would want to buy four fairly bottom of the range mics. Working bands normally go for better quality as would someone with a home studio needing more than one mic. A vocalist or singer/guitarist would be better spending his $300 on just one or two better quality mics. If you are thinking of buying it there are better alternatives to suit your needs for $300. You could by a Sm58 or similar dynamic for live work and a half decent studio condenser mic for a lot less.
