"4- Try to find and see the positives in most things first, you'll learn more that way." Think negative but talk positive is key IMO Nobody cares about analysis, even if it's a great one, but everyone wants to hear about new stuff. So keep the reasons for yourself, and just come up with new stuff.. that's how any good business 'spins' around, I think
