Life sometimes gets cluttered up
Like an attic piled with junk
Things we need the most..that we should hold close
Lost inside the days that turn to months

Been watching for a few years now
You make mistakes I made myself
Happy when you buy..not from need, but pride
Then finding out an emptiness still dwells
