Thank you for all of your wonderful comments and encouragement.

A quick update... I played the show with Kevin Bacon and Michael Bacon's band, the Bacon Brothers, and it was amazing!

it felt like all the stars were lining up for me that night. I got a great reception from the audience, they laughed
at my awful jokes, the songs went over great, and nothing caught on fire. The
people running the venue (showcase live) were fantastic, treated me like a star,
and have asked me to come back.

I had an unforgettable time with the Bacon Brothers and we will be playing
together again! Michael and Kevin Bacon made my wife and I feel like family.

Both of the Bacon brothers are very talented, down to earth, kind, and generous. We
spent a few hours with them before and after the show having dinner and great
conversations. It was awesome to share the stage with them and to be given a
glimpse into their world.

other developments, i'm following up on a producer from mtv who has asked me to submit some of my music for possible show placement... and that's thanks to Brian Austin Whitney. The mtv producer read about me in Brian's newsletter and contacted me.

on the downside, i didn't get picked up to play any of the big shows like Ellen, Letterman, Conan, etc...

Still trying my best to keep running with this momentum.
