Hey Michele,
Hm....I'm not sure about the conversion to grams, but it's basically all four sticks you get in one box of butter. Here, that is a pound of butter all together (so for anyone wondering why they're so good.....). Hope this helps.
And believe it or not, I've HAD lamingtons before. A dear Aussie friend made them for me -- alas, she's moved back to your neck of the woods. And they were delicious. I look forward to seeing the recipe....
Hope you enjoy these. They are indeed labor-intensive, but SO WORTH IT!
