Maybe we'll make a big batch for PineyFest next year! We could even have a cookie baking/tasting CHALLENGE....and the winning cookie would get a song written about it by the, er...runners up!  And Kristi, are you serious about NOT doing the Cookie Pat? OHHHH, it's a long tradition...course the initiators of the practice lost more than a handful of fingers ( ), but live and learn, right? Finally, the key for ANY cookie OR brownie is the Undercookage Allowance.... There. My work here is done.  Baked Beth
