With all the great songs from the past it is practically impossible to write anything new.
Not impossible Ray, I wrote a full CD of Christmas songs which I had recorded a couple of years ago. It is almost impossible to get any airplay because of all the classics. You can view and hear clip of my Christmas songs at www.cdbaby.com/cd/sceviour I'm not saying they will ever be classics, especially if they get little airplay.
