Just Plain Folks is 100% Volunteer Run and Free to all members. We use all money donated to pay for basic expenses relating to the website and message board. In the coming year we plan to upgrade the message boards, change the website, and we expect to incur significant expenses which require some voluntary support from all of you, those who read this post and use JPF for recreation, to improve your craft in hopes of making money or as an educational tool to learn what to do and what to avoid.

In every year we've received enough to at least pay the costs of the website until 2012 when (as you can see above) folks didn't step up to help as they have in the past. If you can help out with $10, $20 or more dollars, it makes a difference. Some members have been very generous year after year and given $100's of dollars. You don't need to do that, but it sure does help when those of you who spend many hours and sometimes every single day of the year here, to give back a little. If you don't value the boards, we can't invest our resources here. It's really up to you all! Just click the "Donate" button, and give a little or a lot. You don't have to be a Pay Pal member, you can simply use a credit card. Keep in mind PayPal takes their share, so donations of $5 dollars or less get eaten up by PayPal and they don't really need the money. Better to hold off until you can afford a bit more later.

Thanks again to those who have done more than their share and have made up for many others. It is noticed and appreciated!
