So I guess that I should concentrate more on recording quality (good mikes etc.) and take advantage of the software features that I've got.
Big Jim, I've got 44100 sample rate, overall latency at 25ms and 16 bits depth, which I think is standard to produce a WAV recording which I can convert to MP3 when I need to. Thanks, Ben
