A minor update on my cultural pursuits...
I have now approached more than 442 foundations and individuals that support arts and culture and have yet to break through with any funding for my father's documentary.
After six months and five different presentations, the Guggenheim turned me down - 189 fellowships with more than 2,800 applicants they said. Still, I felt this story was too compelling.
I may be bruised and battered but I'm more determined than ever to bring this project to fruition!
