Ignorant people usually get their comeuppance. What goes around comes around. Most genuine people are always ready to help and are approachable. I have worked with some of the best and have found usually the top pros are pretty much one of the guys and very humble down to earth people. Its the little wannabes who tend to be the pain in the....problem. If they are ignored or left out of the conversation they soon get the message.
