Joe's Place, well, don't be embarrassed; it is a bar. I guess people don't go to bars like they once did. At least, I know this people don't. Ha! Never liked them much anyway.
Something else, you may have picked up on though, this lyric is about dancing and how this Lady has a crush on a Guy that has asked her to dance. Thought it was kind of a neat concept. Worth a try anyway! Ha!
