well......... it went very well.
They have a very small operation... still growing...
but at this point very VERY small, no archives...
and if I was reading his monitor rightly (from a little distance..) not many listeners.
It was after all New year's Eve....
BUT...... it was a rousing success. They loved my music... and are adding the CD music to their playlist.
They cover 50's, 60's, 70's, 80's,90's......
a huge variety.
They take requests ...anyone can send them an email at their yahoo address and they will play the song. otherwise...with the huge song catalog ...the rotation would take a while.
BUT ALSO they are putting Last Man On Earth into heavy rotation...so it will show up more often.
They also gave me an open invitation to come back anytime I had new music...or a show to promote.
This man and his wife are quite good friends with some of the folks at one of the big Dallas radio stations... so I have also made a good connection... and every little step helps..

and.... of minor concern to most people, except me... I got a "well done" from my biggest critic... my husband. He had tried to give me all this advise...don't do this... do that...most of which was nothing different from how I had planned to act... and apparantly he approved LOL and he said "you didn't put me down!" geez give me some credit as a professional!
