have you found a good teacher yet? i'm classically trained (and now writing pop songs ![[Linked Image]](http://www.justplainfolks.org/ubb/wink.gif) but a great teacher made all the difference. so much of what good technique was could only be explained through some pretty abstract imagery and when i found a teacher who's abstractions i understood, and who likewise understood what i was trying to accomplish, things got a lot better. good luck ![[Linked Image]](http://www.justplainfolks.org/ubb/smile.gif) and have fun! flo
