Hi Curtis,
The words are nice but it's probably the melody that makes the song special, and I can't get audio on Songramp for some reason. Wish someone could enlighten me!
Many times I hear songs on the radio and hate them! Then, after many listens, they grow on me. However, as a rule I think publishers/producers/artists have to LOVE a song on first listen before they'll consider it. So if the writer doesn't LOVE his song on first listen, could be a problem. Maybe you'll get lucky! Hope so.
