Hi Sandela - I was at the Abbey last night for a bloodshot records tribute to Alejandro Escoveda (who has come down with Hepatitis C)
The guy there said you need to talk to Patrick Looney about using the big room on Aug 12. He said to keep calling until you get him, that he's the guy who book it for non-band events. The Big Room would be so much better!!! I could bring in my portable sound dominatrix biosphere that hooks up my giant telescoping antennae and zaps subliminal messages into all the audiences brain. They walk out and promote me for 2 years after the show then. Even after only ONE song!!! I might let you use it also, Bobbushka, us old guys need to stick together!! It won't be free though (the room). Anyway, I'm trying to help.
