No, not worth fighting. You'd have to be expecting huge payoff to win a case like that.

Copyright doesnt really protect you, unless youre a big star and can use it.

Little guy rarely wins those cases, even with copyright.

Mostly cause ' no possible other explanation" is hard to prove.

And copyright only matters if your song is a hit.
