Yeah, you're the one I saw calling another member the worst of the worst names the other day. You're one of the ones who seems to poison every thread you engage in. I pointed some people at you, telling them I was hearing guitar work second to none. They came back and said, "Yeah, but..." Something about a dark undercurrent, not clearly expressed in your Lyrics, but there. I heard it too, but that guitar work. I'd appreciate it if you'd quit pissing all over the threads. You're so unhappy here I wonder why you keep coming. You're one of the hurt people who hurt people. I'd help you if I could but you have to help yourself. You're very deep in your misery. I suspect you can't get out, that you have given up and think this is as good as it's ever gonna get. What possible 'reward' can you find here that keeps you coming back? It's too late for me to help you. I'm an old man. I can't be your therapist. You can't reach out of the hole you're in. Or can you? You can't be happy with your experience here. Why do you keep coming? Is this all you have to do? Is there no other pursuit worthy of your time, more beneficial to you than this? Why not just create your product and not communicate with anyone? Yes, you're the troll in question. One of them. I long ago identified one of your favorite fighters as the common denominator in threads that consistently became argumentative when he participated. I called him out on it. He chilled, for a while. Then he found you and you played his game. Your mutual misery is palpable, unpleasant to experience as a Viewer'. I began to ignore anything the two of you posted, your own threads, your urine in everybody else's. Others came and you formed a triumvirate, sometimes a quadrangle of guys insulting each other, talking [naughty word removed] far away from Song-Writing. I'm just another member. It's not my place to mediate. Maybe I should have asked you all to stop pissing in the stream way back then, and definitely the other day, but I don't have time and energy for such 'personnel' management. If you want 'help' with your misery you should try to be open to it. Self-manage. Quit being a constant prick. No one can help you if you can't help yourself. I'll bet you'll have a lot to say about this 'lecture', won't you? You can't help yourself. This is what you're looking for; conflict, a focus for your misery, something outside yourself, where the real focus is. Say, how DO you do that great guitar work? It really is second to none. There was a tv show for a while called "Parker Lewis Can't Lose". The soundtrack playing in the background was incredible. Yours was like that, back before I quit listening to your work. Oh. And the 'Views' aren't legit? I have no way of knowing. The robots seem to like it here, search engines, probably AI now. I have to give you the benefit of the doubt now, Gary... Because you're the first one to genuinely ask; Although, I'm very surprised you haven't caught on already. I've been saying for years,"There are a certain few on this site who are only intent on disruption," and this is not the first site they've destroyed. They are an organized clique of online trolls who made this their mission many years ago. They work in tandem, starting stupid arguments among themselves with intent to draw others in. The first time I began calling them out is when I started noticing non-productive members across many sites, all with the same writing styles (idiosyncrasies), arguing about the same crap under different names; Usually liberal political issues. I've been confronting them since SW101 and I see no reason to stop. They are relentless. Ignoring them is not a viable strategy. Consider what Dom just posted; I like you Gary, yiu have been consistent and true to whst the site is.
I but theirs no saving this place, beyond what it currently is. I think you've been here during the feast periods as well as now
I honestly don't think anybody knows why they still come here.
Theres nothing to be had, I think it's jist cause we've invested slot of years in it, hard to just take off.
The ones who left didn't have that problem.
Best to examine ourselves and see how we fare without it.
Im just about done, and when I reach done, I wont be lurking.
Those are the only people more pathetic than myself, people who cant leave, even though they've convinced themselves and others they have.
Can't imagine the point of lurking.
But we all need to move on, this is the lowest form of existence. What's funny is that they're always easy to spot, always blaming moderators for allowing "divisive/disruptive subject matter"(which they propagate), and always dog-piling on me because I've never tried to hide. There's a moderator at "The Muse" who calls himself Kuya, that recently denied me admittance to the site. I was not "banned". My account request was denied without explanation. Since there aren't many active songwriting sites left now, with a minimum of investigation, you can easily find many familiar characters congregating there. It's intersite political warfare, Gary, and even Brian warned me about it the day I arrived here. Yes, I am disabled. I really don't have much else to do. I can't play long sets anymore and I can't drive at night. I don't hate the site or the craft, Gary. But, I despise those who have been blaming "ME" for all the disruption simply because I'm a hypocritical Christian, and I refuse to use AI or pay for studio time... If it's my language that truly bothers you... please consider, I am the veteran Christian sailor son of a Marine. I've been cussing all my miserable fuk'n life. But, I've never had any reason to lie.

"If you are stuck in your musical composing, be unreasonable. Change your environment. If you are stuck in your lyrical efforts, instead of forcing the same old words out, force yourself to do unreasonable things." -Brian Austin Whitney
