so
"when is it acceptable" is entirely up to you and the sum of your personal experiences. What upsets you does not necessarity upset me.
it is almost like you are asking for permission to go off on someone..., getting someone to agree that "it is acceptable"
My POV says you draw the line and take ownership of what you do. My opinion means nothing in that calculus.
