I understand your POV of view Eddie. And you live it and it works for you.
I visit several sites. On all but one, "flame wars" are shut down as they start.
Name calling, trolling, stalking are shut down and offenders are given a ban warning.

Those sites remain orderly and focused on music or motorcycle riding.

If you don't shut that stuff down, the result is what goes on here.

It's similar to the border. You have one president who says that it cant be brought to order because of this and that. You have another who brings it to order, in a month.
