Point...? Not sure it matters anymore...
In my opinion, if humanity doesn't have a rewarding promise of Truth to look forward to... it will quickly devolve into "survival of the fittest" mob mentality; Then, ultimately, Armageddon... Just like the Bible says.
There's only two kinds of people; Those who earnestly seek the source of all Truth and Life... and those who just "roam the earth" intellectualizing inequity and flirting with death.
The only thing I worry about is... Will God judge me for wanting this argument to end? Will I be judged for surrendering to the inevitable?
...I'm not even remotely as forgiving as Jesus Nobody knows what the Truth is. There are 300 religions and probably thousands since the dawn of time. Lightning must have seemed like the truth, those early people musta been like what the hell did we do? I know , your belief is all there is. Everybody else's is invalid. Even amongst Christians , the truth varies depending on who you ask I would think, who created the universe, could simply write in the moon, I God, was here. Instead we get vague references, that cause dividedness, and new religions all the time Why not let somebody find the Ten Commandments rocks, or The Cross. Let's be clear, and everybody would be on board. Quit babbling with me and ask GOD for yourself... The only difference between us, Dom, is that I've already received my answer. Your answer is suffice for you. My answer does not come easily, it used to. And millions of Muslims, and Jehovahs, and Hindus and Buddha's scientologists, lds have found their answers too, and believe it as strongly as you do. Are you smarter than everybody else? Hey I'm Catholic, as Bruce says he guesses hell always be on the team. If I ask God for an answer, which version do I ask? Don't say the Bible, cause every religion has a book

"First came if only? Then came what if? After that I'll bet. Next was just maybe. Followed by Aha, I thought so! And eventually, okay, what next!" -Brian Austin Whitney on the stages of creativity and Just Plain Folks.
