Oh turning the other cheek to have that spanked too hey? ' Per Tony; Alright let's break down this mamouth post Perhaps Dom is right? Perhaps my uncompromising faith in eternal heavenly communion with my Creator is a burden and hindrance to progressive societal evolution... Besides, the world's resources keep dwindling and property is already at a premium. So, what's the point of graveyards? Why do we need a reminder of our inevitable demise? In fact, what's the point of struggling to avoid death at all?
Per me: Nobody said there was something wrong with faith, and for once you're calling it faith and not fact.... Ok, so why prolong life? The same reason you are still with us. It's a great point in a backward way for you. If you're faith is so strong , and you're so sure, why not go there right now? Nothing else matters if paradise is waiting no? It's cause us humans are good bullshitters, no matter how much we know or think we know, we still are not sure what lies on the other side. And in the Bible, Jesus cried when Lazarus died,.... He's crying even though, He:s God, and knows for sure there is a heaven. In fact He's already been to Heaven. And He also knows In a few minutes He's gonna bring him back to life anyway...why is He crying?
See I've thought of these things a few times before.
What else we got here? .. Per Tony: If the meaning of life is to simply enjoy it any way you can... Then why not enjoy death? Make death an orgy of celebratory environmental obligation. Just give the overpopulated masses all the drugs they want and point them in the direction of the nearest humane society disposal and fertilizer plant. A recycle party!
Per Me: That makes no sense. Enjoying life is real, death doesn't sound fun to most people. of the two options, there's only one desirable choice, unless the life In question, is so miserable, engulfed in pain and helplessness, in that case, yes prolonging life doesn't make sense
Per Tony;
Abortion? Let's face it, unwanted pregnancy is just a biological nuisance! In fact, if you have to choose between feeding your daughter or paying the electric bill... screw'it! It's not like she was ever going to make a meaningful contribution to society anyway. Making babies is obviously the problem! Legalize filicide and institute an even/odd sterilization policy for both sexes.
Per me: Abortion is not a religious issue, it's worldly, social issue, and I don't disagree with you. I'm pro life, but I can't tell others what to do.
Per Tony: Homosexuality, Gotta' love it! So, if you want to kill your spouse, go for it.
Per Dom:
God created us all in His image. Right?
If God is perfect, why did he create homosexuality? he made a mistake if it's wrong, and unfair to punish people who had no more choice being gay than you did being a blockhead lolllll
I don't care who is gay. Flaunting it, and intentionally trying to turn people off, and making them uncomfortable is the only thing
Per Tony: Romans 6:23 For the wages of sin is death, but the gracious gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord...
