Mac, you're a hell of a solid songwriter. Beautiful melody and harmony and I really dug the restrained guitar solo. Sometimes less is more and it fit in perfectly with vibe of the song. If I was going to offer any critique it would be to maybe throw some ride or crash cymbals in there once in a while to liven up the background a bit. I think a ride could fit in nicely with the kind of jazzy feel of the song.
