Dave, Yes I usually have at least one song that I am working on, and I try to demo a new song at least every couple of months. I don't have as much "sit down with a guitar" time as I use to have so I try to make the most out of the time I do get. I am always working either pen to paper, on a computer, or going over lyrics in my head as I walk and as I am working. Music and lyrics are always with me one way or another.
Matt, I have had a few indie cuts in Europe, but nothing ever came out of them as far as royalties are concerned. These were cuts usually procured through different publishers in Nashville. I really don't know how to go about pitching in Europe or Australia on my own. Any suggestions you have would be much appreciated.
Best, Marvin
