... it's almost as if they have stock in the product. I don't know if it is defending the "product" as much as defending the company. This company has the best customer service I have ever heard about. Heck, I even got a free upgrade one year because I was posting a bunch of songs on their site using BIAB! And just the other night the owner of the company got on the phone after hours and helped a user in a nursing home get back on the forum because he was locked out somehow. ... and there are countless more stories like that. I think that is why you see such a spirited defense all the time. That's just it -- we love that company (ha, ha).
