Hey Jackie,

I don't mean to sound like an echo of the other comments, but I too think this is a beautiful song. I love the Dandelion wishes part. I am struggling with "liking" the "butterfly kisses" because of the other "Butterfly kisses" song by Bob Carlisle from a few years back. When I saw this in your title I found myself guessing to a certain degree of accuracy what the song was going to be about..."parent/child reflecting, deflecting, introspecting..." and though you certainly wrote it most brilliantly, that is in a sense what happened.

Is there a line that is more unique than "Butterfly Kisses" that you might consider? Am I just being an old fuddy-duddy and totally missing the brilliance of this song?

What about "Dandelion Wishes With Little Miss Britches?" and totally make this unique? Okay, so maybe not that title, but some other phrasing that would be uniquely yours, yet universally appealing?

What I meant to say is that I really liked your song!
